第一题：发送SYN=1进入SYN_SENT，收到server的SYN和ACK发送三次握手最后一个ACK进入established。

第二题：http long poll或者ajax 轮询，不过都是建立http链接，现在都是用websocket，我觉得答到websocket基本满分了
